Dr. Ahern is available on Thursdays and Fridays. He is a father of four children and is married to Dr. Maria Del Core. Main interests: Aged Care and General Medicine, Adolescent Health, Male Health.

Dr. Jeffrey Erlich

Dr. Erlich speaks English, Italian and French . Jeffrey is available 4 days per week. He is married with 2 children and has worked in Brunswick since 1995. Main interests: General Medicine.

Dr. Peter Carey

Dr. Peter Carey is available 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays. He is experienced and interested in children’s health, aged care, smoking cessation, and all areas of general practice. He has been learning Italian for several years, and is married with 3 children.

Ian has practiced in the Coburg/Brunswick area for the last 20 years. His special interest includes: Occupational Medicine and consults to a number of Companies and organizations in the northern and western suburbs.

Dr. Tina Zuccarello

Tina's main interests include: Women’s health, Children and Adolescent health, chronic disease management and minor surgical procedures. Dr. Zuccarello is available Tuesday and Thursdays.

Dr. Andy Innes

Andy joined our team in April 2012 . Born in North Wales, trained in Scotland & worked his early years in the UK, Andy moved to Beechworth in 2002 as a GP. His Special Interests include: General Medicine, E.N.T, basic skin surgery and Implanon insertion and removal. He is available Wednesday to Friday.

Dr. Ella Ellwood-Shoesmith
General Practitioner
Ella graduated from the University of Melbourne and spent her residency years at the Austin and Northern Hospitals, and at the Royal Children's Hospital, before undertaking specialty training in General Practice. She is now a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Ella enjoys seeing patients at all stages of life, but has a particular interest in Women's and Children's Health. She can insert intra-uterine devices (Mirena or copper IUD) and Implanon. She is an accredited Shared Care Provider for pregnancy care. When she's not working, Ella is busy being a mum to her two children.

Dr. Ian Bush
General Practitioner
Whilst having a good background in musculoskeletal medicine, having been a physiotherapist in the past, Ian is interested in a wide range of medical areas,such as general medicine for men and women, children’s and seniors, and finally preventative health. Any of his spare time is now devoted to spending time with his family, and especially his young son.

Dr. Lyra Rinaudo - On leave until August 2022

Dr. Lyra started her career as a Naturopath, after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Health. Following her dedication and passion to evidence based practice and ethical care, she completed her Medical Degree at the University of Melbourne. She values a holistic healthcare model, a personal approach and preventative care. Lyra provides iron infusions, Implanon insertions, and medical terminations of pregnancy. Dr. Lyra is an avid gardener and indoor plant enthusiast. She is available 4 days per week .

Dr. Dylan Saunders
General Practitioner
Dylan completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Deakin Medical School in 2013 and worked at Austin and Northern Hospitals in General Medicine before moving into general practice.
He is interested in all aspects of General Practice, but has a special interest in General Medicine, Child/Adolescent health, Geriatric Medicine and Mental health. He enjoys the variety of General Practice and is passionate about providing evidence based medicine to all his patients. He is the proud father of young twins and enjoys spending time at home with his family.

Dr. Paul de Rooy
General Practitioner
Paul was born in Canberra and moved to Melbourne to study medicine. After completing medical school, he travelled around the world for around 7 months, and spent the remainder of the year working in rural emergency departments around Victoria. Paul spent 6 years working for Monash Health, including 2 years as an emergency registrar. He is interested in minor surgical procedures and young adult health. He is available 4 days a week.

Dr. Laura Johnson
General Practitioner
Laura graduated from Deakin University in 2011. She has worked in hospitals in Melbourne, regional NSW and the United Kingdom, gaining experience in general medicine and critical care. Laura has completed the Sydney Child Health Program and particularly enjoys caring for babies and young families, and has a special interest in managing asthma and allergies. She aims to provide holistic care to all patients.

Dr. Andrew Toh
General Practitioner
Andrew completed his medical degree at Monash University in 2015. He then worked at Monash Health for a number of years, gaining experience in various specialties including Emergency, General Medicine, Paediatrics and Aged Care. He completed general practice training in 2021 and is now a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He is interested in all aspects of general practice, especially Preventative Medicine, Chronic Disease, and Aged Care. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys skiing, film and music. He is a passionate supporter of the Mighty Fighting Hawks.

Dr. Lauren Edwards
Lauren graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015. Lauren enjoys all areas of general practice, however has a special interest i women’s and children’s health. Lauren has completed extended skills training in skin cancer medicine and surgery and has a keen interest in all things skin! When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time in her garden or walking her dog Winston.

Dr. Louise Hirst

Louise graduated from the University of Melbourne and undertook her specialist training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Monash Health, including experience in psychogeriatric care. She completed a Diploma in Palliative Medicine at Eastern Health in 2019. Her special interests include cognitive assessment, management of BPSD, pain management and providing a holistic approach to healthy ageing. Louise is available for both face-to-face and telehealth appointments, and is able to do residential care visits.
