  • You can also speak privately to Gerry, our Practice Manager,  or Rosemary, our Admin Supervisor.

  • If  you prefer to be anonymous or would just prefer to address this matter in writing, please return to our Practice Manager – Gerry Formica.

  • If you have a complaint and you wish to take the matter further with an independent authority,  you may contact the Health Services Commissioner Freecall on 1800 136 066.
